Visit of the Major General of KFOR in Medica Kosova

Major General of KFOR Mr.Volker Halbauer together with his military team visited the premises of Medica Kosova for being introduced with programs for empowerment of war affected women. During his staying in the organization he met a number of elderly women and younger females coming from several villages of Gjakova and Decani Municipality, where they disclosed their concerns about the consequences of war and struggles to cope with the living conditions.

Medica Kosova appreciates the willingness of Major General to meet the women and encourage them to lead an active life and play an important role in the society and public life.
