Minister Abrashi meets a number of survivors of sexual violence during the war

Medica Kosova representatives and three women beneficiaries met Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Mr. Arban Abrashi, to discuss about the expected start of the commision for verifying the status of survivors of sexual violence during the war. During this meeting, women expressed their dissapointment regarding the delay of the process and requested that the Ministry starts with the establishment of the commision as soon as possible in order to apply for their status. Minister Abrashi promised that the process of receiving applications will start in November this year, considering that process of selecting the members of the commission is under its way. 

Medica Kosova thanks Minister Abrashi for his readiness to meet the survivors and express his commitment to speed up the process.
