Medica Kosova and 8 organizations from Bosnia share common concerns and challenges in supporting women's rights

Medica Kosova hosted the visit of women's organizations from Bosnia who came to Kosovo for a study tour with the support from Kvinna till Kvinna offices in Pristina and Sarajevo. The whole day visit of 8 Bosnian organizations involved in supporting the rights of women in the area of mental health, protection against gender based violence and justice resulted into detailed discussions about Medica Kosova experience on supporting women survivors of sexual violence and the work developed by Bosnian organizations on this issue in their country.

This visit was enabled by Kvinna till Kvinna who continues to support women's organizations in Kosovo and Bosnia through programes of dealing with the past, trauma recovery, peace building and public awareness raising campaigns about sexual and gender based violence during and after the war in both countries.
